Who we are

The Valley of Blessings (TVoB) is a pioneering Non-Profit Company (NPC) dedicated to transforming lives by addressing economic, educational, and gender disparities in South African townships. Our mission is to empower marginalized communities—primarily women and youth—by providing education, skill development, and bridging the digital divide. As South Africa shifts towards a digital economy, we ensure that those from disadvantaged backgrounds are equipped with the tools to thrive in this evolving landscape.

Our Flagship Initiative: The 12-Month IT Training and Incubation Programme

TVoB’s comprehensive 12-month IT training and incubation programme equips participants with high-demand skills, preparing them for careers in the digital sector. Our curriculum covers key areas, including:

  • Data Science Practitioner – Learn how to collect, process, analyze, and visualize data to drive insights in various industries.
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer – Gain expertise in automating repetitive tasks to enhance business efficiency.
  • Cyber-Security Practitioner – Develop skills to protect digital systems and mitigate security risks.
  • Software Development – Learn to design, develop, and maintain software applications for various business needs.

Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training, we ensure our learners are job-ready and equipped to compete in the fast-growing digital economy.
